Shipping & Handling Fees:
Within the U.S. $2.00 per book. Canada $4.50 per book. Orders are shipped via the USPS within 1-2 days of order placement, and arrive 2-5 business days from the ship date. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Canadian orders. We do not currently ship to other international locations.
To save shipping fees, the 2013 Coupon Book can be purchased at our office Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
